(1) The Seller Certifies that the above-described Bulldog is in sound health at the time of
sale.
Buyer(s) agree to have this Bulldog examined by a competent Veterinarian of his or her choice
with experience in the breed within forty-eight (48) hours from the time of delivery of this dog.
If within that 48 Hours the Buyer(s) Veterinarian recommends returning the dog due to serious
health concerns. The Buyer(s) MUST provide a written opinion of the health concerns from
their Veterinarian in the event of a requested return. The Sellers Veterinarian must be in
agreement that the seriousness of the condition warrants the return of the Bulldog. If all
these conditions are met, the dog may be returned for credit towards another dog of
comparable quality. This dog will be replaced with a dog from the next available litter.
(2) The Seller warranties against death from a life threatening congenital defects for a period
of one (1) year from the date of birth of the dogs. If the dog expires within one year of age,
Buyer(s) MUST provide an autopsy report including a toxicology report to the Sellers
Veterinarian. The Seller will provide the Sellers Veterinarian contact information when
requested. The dog MUST be preserved for 72 hours after the Sellers Veterinarian receives
the reports and agrees to do further testing if requested. This Warranty is void in the case of
death during any medical procedure of any reason.
(3) The cost of all transportation as it relates to the warranties or any return of the dog is that
of the Buyers. The Sellers liability is limited to a replacement Bulldog of comparable quality
only. The Seller and Buyer agree that the Sellers Veterinarian shall serve as the expert of any
claimed life threatening congenital defects.
(4) Seller(s) will not guarantee the fertility or genetic health issues of breeding or outcome of
the offspring’s.
(5) Seller(s) may upon returning Buyer(s) deposit void this sales agreement prior to delivery of
the dog.
(6) The Buyer(s) assumes full and complete responsibility and will hold harmless and defend
the Seller and/or Co-Owner against any and all claims, cost or other damages including
attorney fees of any and all actions of this dog or its ownership that has created a liability of
any kind to any person, animal or property.
(7) Buyer(s) understand that if the Buyer(s) sell, give away or transfers ownership or
registration, the Seller(s) shall be notified and have the right of first refusal.
(8) Buyer(s) understand that a normal Bulldog can have medical anomalies which are not
common to other breeds as a result of genetic defects to produce the unique dog that we
have today. These “defects” or “anomalies” are considered to be common characteristics of
the Bulldog. These “anomalies” including Localized/Adolescent and Controllable General
Dermatophyte, and common skin disorders are not covered by this warranty. Please refer to
reference materials on the WEB and other sources for more information on types of anomalies
and temperament that are common to the Bulldog.
(9) Unless otherwise noted in Additional Conditions below, no dog is sold as guaranteed show
quality.
(10) The Bulldog requires specialized Veterinarian knowledge and experience, take the time
to find a qualified Veterinarian. Buyer agrees to provide routine veterinary care of said dog
and will provide veterinary records
Because of the issues above, the seller(s) do not offer and the buyer(s) waives the rights and
relief from laws provided by Arkansas Statute (dog - cat consumer guarantee) and any and all
States concerning consumer guarantee or any statutory provision such as provided by the
State of Florida, Statute 828.29 (dog - cat consumer guarantee) or any other statutory
provision of similar intent in any State by agreeing to the provisions of this Purchase
Agreement.
It is expressly agreed, that the parties to this contract or guarantee, stipulate the jurisdiction
and/or venue for any court action brought by the contracting parties shall be vested in Miller
County, Arkansas and that the governing law applied to the issues in dispute shall be the laws
of the State of Arkansas.
WARNING: English Bulldogs Require Special Consideration when using Anesthetics.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Upon request of Buyer and following Buyer's instruction, Seller will
ship said puppy at Buyer's expence, out of Sherveport Internation Airport to Buyer's
designated Airport. Buyer's have the right to purchase insurance on said puppy, but must
notify Seller before shipping date. The price the last time we shipped was .50cents/$100.00
but price may have gone up. Please notify me if you decide you want this and I'll check on the
price.

* All articles of this agreement, or issues arising from the transaction, may only be litigated,
enforced, deposing, etc in Miller County Arkansas.
* I certify that I have the ability to review Pet Purchase Protection Statutes and health issues
referred to in this agreement on the WEB.
* I understand that the Bulldog MUST upon Breeders request, have the BullDrummer name as
the prefix on AKC registration IE; “Bulldrummer’s then your dogs name”
